- 1 cup FAGE Total 5% plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 cup assorted fresh fruit (sliced strawberries + bananas, nectarine wedges, blueberries, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons granola
- drizzle of honey
- sprinkle of coconut flakes
Instructions
- Scoop yogurt into a bowl and top with toppings. Devour.
