Superfood Breakfast Yogurt Bowl


  • 1 cup FAGE Total 5% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup assorted fresh fruit (sliced strawberries + bananas, nectarine wedges, blueberries, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • drizzle of honey
  • sprinkle of coconut flakes


  1. Scoop yogurt into a bowl and top with toppings.  Devour.
