for the Peanut Sauce
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1” piece peeled ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 lime, juiced
