- 3 lbs. seedless watermelon, cut into 1" chunks
- 2 cups lime sparkling water
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- Using a food processor or blender, fully puree watermelon. Pour through a fine mesh sieve into a medium bowl. Chill watermelon juice and sparkling water (separately) in the refrigerator until very cold, about 2 hours.
- When ready to serve, pour 1/2 cup of watermelon puree and 1 tablespoon lime juice into each glass. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar per glass and stir to dissolve. Pour 1/2 cup sparkling water into each glass and briefly stir to combine.
Notes
You may have leftover watermelon puree. Can be refrigerated for a few days or frozen for future use.
