Ingredients

- 1 (2 to 4 pound) boneless pork shouder (or 4 to 6 pound bone in)
- 1 Campbell's Slow Cooker Sauces - Apple Bourbon Pulled Pork
- Easy Pickled Onions
- Sriracha Mayo (recipe below)
- 2 avocados, chopped
- Store bought cornbread
for the Sriracha Mayo
- ½ cup mayonaisse
- 1 and ½ tablespoons sriracha
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- Pinch Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
for the Sriracha Mayo
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Can be made up to a couple days ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to serve.
