I can smell the campire now with this super easy Two Ingredient Toasted Marshmallow Ice Cream! Perfect for summer or whenever the s'mores craving hits!

- 2 pints good-quality vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Defrost (i.e. melt) ice cream in refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat broiler and spray a parchment lined baking tray with nonstick spray. Spread marshmallow fluff in a thin, even layer and broil until golden brown and toasted all over.
- Immediately place melted ice cream and toasted marshmallow fluff in a blender and process on high speed until marshmallow fluff is well incorporated. Refrigerate mixture until very cold, at least a few hours up to overnight.
- Churn ice cream according to the manufacturer's directions on your ice cream maker and then freeze until ready to devour. Serve with graham crackers and hot fudge to become a legend among family and friends.
