2 pints good-quality vanilla ice cream
2 cups marshmallow fluff
Defrost (i.e. melt) ice cream in refrigerator overnight.
Preheat broiler and spray a parchment lined baking tray with nonstick spray. Spread marshmallow fluff in a thin, even layer and broil until golden brown and toasted all over.
Immediately place melted ice cream and toasted marshmallow fluff in a blender and process on high speed until marshmallow fluff is well incorporated. Refrigerate mixture until very cold, at least a few hours up to overnight.
Churn ice cream according to the manufacturer’s directions on your ice cream maker and then freeze until ready to devour. Serve with graham crackers and hot fudge to become a legend among family and friends.
