It’s here.  The Big Game is upon us.  Time to inflate those footballs (max capacity, of course) and get your game day menu planned.  Whether you go all out with grub like with these Loaded Baked Potato Totchos or Bacon Wrapped Buffalo Chicken Jalapeno Poppers, or decide to lighten it up with Vegan Thai Sweet Potato Skins or Healthy Buffalo Chicken Salad Sandwiches, it’s time to get pumped for some fantastic eats.

And if you need some more food inspiration, here’s my full list of game day recipes.  There are some doozies in there, so feel free to take a browse ๐Ÿ™‚

So… want to be trendy this year?  Want to be hip and with it and cool as the youngins’ call it now?  Say it with me.  Artisan ketchup flavors.  They are popping up in restaurants all over.  And get this… at a food conference I attended this past fall at Better Homes and Gardens, their food editors predicted creative artisan ketchup flavors to be one of the trendiest condiments of the year.

10 Creative Artisan Ketchup Flavors | sharedappetite.comSo go ahead, be trendy… serve up some Alexia Sweet Potato Fries, Smart Classics Crinkle Cut Fries, and/or Crispy Onion Rings and get your creative artisan ketchup flavors on.  It’s quintessential easy entertaining (that’s right, I just used quintessential in a sentence).

I’ve been a fan of Alexia Foods for quite a while now.  The fries are all-natural, on point in flavor, and always bake up nice and crispy.  And now with their Smart Classics Crinkle Cut Fries, you can eat ’em guilt free.  They are 98% fat free, have 0 grams of trans fat, and are only 100 calories per serving.  Boom.

10 Creative Artisan Ketchup Flavors | sharedappetite.comOh, and I know the title of this post is 10 Creative Artisan Ketchup Flavors.  There’s actually 11 to choose from in the recipe below.  That extra one is a bonus.  You’re welcome ๐Ÿ˜‰

What’s your game day plan?  Are you cooking up something outrageous?!  Tell me in the comments.  I’d love to hear what great recipes you guys are cooking up!

I have to say, I am SUPER excited about this trend. I love ketchup – in fact, it was a bonding moment early in the relationship with my boyfriend when we realized we both put ketchup on everything, from mashed potatoes to samosas. I can’t wait to try out some of these varieties!!

You should try Silver Spring Foods Thai Chili Ketchup- it is fabulous! I have made stuffed peppers, cabbage rolls, spicy & sweet omelets, mixed with ranch dressing for a salad and basically on everything else!

I love balsamic vinegar and will be trying the balsamic ketchup recipe you have above. All look fabulous by the way!

Tis rather awesome actually, will have to get my cook on, balsamic ketchup sounds delicious, so does the horseradish one. HA, who am I kidding, wouldn’t say no to any of the ones you’ve listed.
Happy hump day to you! ๐Ÿ™‚

Yum! Is it bad that I had to google “when is the Superbowl?” to find out WHEN it’d be appropriate for me to make all ten/eleven of these ketchups? I think I’ll be home alone on Sunday, so it might just be me and ketchup. And fries. Love how creative you got with these! Pinned!

Totally loving this concept for the Super Bowl, Chris! I’m glad you volunteered to bring each and every one of these 11 artisan ketchups up to our party. That’s a true friend right there! Oh, but please bring 12 bags of fries and rings. We might need an extra bag…especially if there is overtime.
